The tarn is full and the traces of snow on the surrounding peaks and even the backside of the ridge, makes for beutiful scene.
The trail is obstructed by overgrowth, and downed trees, and erosion is takings its toll. I would recommend it because it is relatively short for big returns and options to go further, but I hate to think of anyone cursing my name as the crawled over or under another obstacle.
