Graduate Foods (odd name) is a small place opposite the Black Diamond Hotel on main street. Surely a first for foothills towns, it serves Pakistani and North Indian  curries and appetizers.   Mainly take-out and delivery, it has a few tables  for dining in. See John Gilchrist’s review in the Herald for April 17. We would have tried it out, but Tony had his heart set on wings, beer and soft armchairs at the hotel.

More info; The entrees are limited to 5 main courses, including two vegetarian dishes.  We found the food very good and the servings generous. Take-away comes in plastic containers (not styrofoam, thank goodness) and is sufficient for two meals. Nan is freshly cooked. Hours are 11am to 8 pm.
